Rooted & Radiant was born from a simple truth: sometimes growth begins quietly, one small leaf at a time.

During one of the hardest chapters of my life, I turned to houseplants as a way to cope with deep depression and constant overwhelm. Caring for something living — watering it, watching it unfurl new leaves, giving it light — slowly reminded me to do the same for myself. Plants taught me patience, presence, and the beauty of small, steady healing.

As I learned to breathe again, I realized how many of us move through life without permission to slow down, rest, or reconnect with ourselves. Rooted & Radiant became my way of offering that space back to the world.
